Ming Dynasty Geography

The Ming Dynasty was located mainly on the eastern half of the country of China, which shares borders with fourteen countries. A few are Mongolia, Russia, North Korea, Pakistan, and India. China is bordered by many bodies of water, such as the South China Sea, the North China Sea, and the Yellow Sea. Some physical features in China are the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which is 4000 meters tall, and Mount Everest, which is the tallest moutain in the world standing at 8,848 meters above sea level. China also features a lot of plains, basins and plateaus.
